This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.

1. Service Description
SpectrAI is an AI coding and multi-Agent collaboration client. You may obtain basic capabilities by registering an account, and unlock higher entitlements through paid plans. Conversation and project data are stored on your local device by default; the cloud account service is used for authentication, subscription management, and credit balances.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You shall provide accurate and valid registration information (currently primarily an email address) and complete the necessary steps such as email verification.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password; losses arising from account sharing, lending, or inadequate protection shall be borne by you.
- If you discover that your account has been compromised, please change your password immediately and notify us via the feedback page or customer service channel.
3. New User Welcome Benefits
Upon completing registration and email verification, new users will receive a welcome gift: 3-day Pro trial + $10 built-in AI experience credits (the specific crediting rules and validity period are subject to the real-time rules in the client/server). These benefits are provided for the purpose of evaluation and do not constitute a long-term paid commitment.
4. Plans and Entitlements
- Plan tiers, feature toggles, session/workspace quotas, built-in credits, and other entitlements are subject to real-time query results in the client.
- The plan section on the website describes capability differences only and does not constitute a fixed price list; please do not rely on outdated screenshots or third-party descriptions.
- We may adjust feature boundaries through product iteration; material changes will be communicated via the client, website, or community.
5. Purchase and Activation (Primary Path)
Official paid primary path:
- Purchase an official SpectrAI redemption code at 链动小铺 (pricing and order placement are handled on the store; the website does not accept direct payment).
- Download and log in to the SpectrAI client, go to Settings → Upgrade Plan, and enter the redemption code to complete activation.
The official store link can be opened from the upgrade page in the client; please avoid using links from unknown third parties. Redemption codes are virtual goods; activation rules are described in the Refund & After-Sales Policy.
6. Virtual Products
- Redemption codes, plan durations, built-in AI credits, and similar items are all digitally delivered virtual services; no physical delivery is provided.
- Upon successful activation, entitlements are bound to your SpectrAI account; except as otherwise provided in these Terms or the after-sales policy, they may not be transferred to another account.
- Due to factors such as network conditions, device status, and model provider availability, service interruptions may occur temporarily; we will make reasonable efforts to restore service, but make no unlimited guarantee of the continuous availability of third-party model services.
7. Acceptable Use (Prohibited Conduct)
- Reverse engineering, cracking, tampering with, or bypassing authentication or subscription verification of the software is prohibited.
- Using the service to engage in illegal or unlawful activities, infringe on the rights of others, or distribute malicious code is prohibited.
- Abusing interfaces, registering accounts in bulk, farming credits, sharing or publicly selling accounts and redemption codes (except through official channels) is prohibited.
- Using the service to attack, scrape protected systems, or for other purposes that clearly endanger network security is prohibited.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate service for violations of the above, and to pursue legal liability.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AI-generated content may contain errors or inappropriate suggestions; you should review it before using it in a production environment. Consequences arising from your use of third-party API Keys, local CLIs, or self-installed extensions/MCP tools are your responsibility and that of the respective service provider. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect losses or loss of anticipated profits is capped at the fees you actually paid for the relevant paid service (for free users, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law).
9. Amendments and Termination
We may update these Terms; updates will be indicated by the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the update. You may stop using the service and deactivate your account; we may also terminate service upon your material breach.
